Project New Desert (Golf, Noise and Tutorial MEGA GIANT Update))

So, this is the desert build and updated.

Whats new?

Garbage things:

no

Ok things:

- Added the pizza meter

- Speed bar fixed

- Removed banana peel entrance because the rest of bananas will message welcome to piza tower!

- Removed pepperman boss

- Taunts has sfx

- Desert part retiled

- Added a new room for desert (one created but another was in the original demo)

- Toppins boxes now can summon the pizza kins. 

- Added a desert escape background

GG Things:

- Added Golf

- Changed background of golf

- Added Noise boss

- SFX now is WAV/OGG.

- Peppino has now sounds

- The rest of levels now has music

- The boss has a initial message: "THE NOISE CRUSHER!"

- Tutorial added, but posters have SHIT quality

- Added a life system but its super very extremely WIP, so it will not quit life

Possible spoilers:

- Title screen has been programmed, but it will release the next update

- Noise too
